We collect your name, contact details and the journey information you provide for your booking or enquiry. Card payments also require identity/passport and billing details; these fields are optional for cash payments.
Why do we use it?
Information is collected through website forms and your communications with us. We use it to arrange bookings, contact you and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in service security.
Who receives it?
Journey details needed for the service are shared with the relevant driver and service team; payment and communication details with the relevant providers. You enter card details on iyzico’s payment screen; we do not store full card details. Google may process data under its privacy policy when you use location search and maps. Information may be provided to authorities when legally required.
Storage and cookies
Records are kept for the period needed for the service and applicable legal retention obligations. Cookies and browser storage support session security, language preferences and booking steps.
Your rights and contact
You can contact the business below to request information about your data, ask for corrections or deletion where legal conditions are met, and exercise your other rights under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
