Here is how your reservation is made, how payment works, and what to know before your journey.
Our service
İstanbulEasyTour offers private transfer bookings on supported routes. Trips outside the service area or without an online price are sent to our team as inquiries; they do not start an automatic booking or payment. Tour inquiries are discussed separately.
Reservation and price
Your route, date, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle, and any crossing choice form the basis of your quote. Check the journey and total shown before you continue. Changes may require a new availability and price check; an optional driver tip is shown separately in the total.
Payment and confirmation
If you choose card payment, you enter card details in iyzico's secure checkout. The card payment result is verified with the provider. If you choose cash, no online card charge is made; the chosen payment method is recorded with your reservation.
Meeting and travel details
Provide accurate contact, flight, passenger, and luggage details, and check your vehicle's capacity. Tell us as early as possible if your meeting point or travel plans change. Journey times are shown in Istanbul local time.
Changes and support
Use booking management or our contact channels to request a change or cancellation. We review your request; any refund is assessed in light of the payment status and your applicable rights. Sending a request does not itself create an automatic refund.
